We had a lovely time at Center Parcs for a weekend break.

We did lots of activities, including football fun factories, badminton, archery, kids electric car driving, crazy golf and of course, swimming! Some things are reasonably priced, some are crazy….like £48 for 4 people to bowl 😱

The ‘beach’ is great for the little ones and the atmosphere on site is lovely. We found the staff to be super helpful and polite and enjoy and lovely couple of meals out.

I would definitely go back but need to save up some pennies first!!!
Spacious 3 bedroom cabin. The trip was loads of fun and there is lots to do. Most activities cost extra. There are restaurants on site so we only used the kitchen once, but it had everything necessary.
Our weekend was great, as always. However, this year my little boy forgot he'd 'hidden his toy tools under the kitchen sink' in our villa so I had to deal with the lost property office once we'd got home. Even though the lady (called Tam) had an enormous pile of lost property to check through, she was so lovely about it and made sure that even though they weren't handed in by the room attendants, she arranged to have the villa checked and found the hidden items, much to the absolute delight of my 5yr old. Customer service is one thing that can make or break visiting somewhere, well done Tam and the team for reuniting my little boy with his beloved tools. Thank you so much.... we'll be back!!
Rooms and venues could've been cleaner (there was a bit of mould in the bathroom and rust here and there in the tropical paradise) but overall, a really lovely holiday for me and my family. The more the merrier actually! Totally recommended
If your use to a larger hotel hub is not for you. Comfortable bed, nice shower. A/c was dirty ( reported but not cleaned after 2 days), very small bathroom making room very hot when we both showered, mold present due to again faulty ventilation. Staff were nice, breakfast (continental), did not have a very good variety for me. Coffee machine also broken leaving instant your only choice.
Good position for lower access to the Royal Mile. With secure parking close by hence stars

while venue good hotel rooms small especially the sunk and shower and toilet. also skirting boards had not been cleaned in a long time. considering a lot of older people and disabled the rooms are not fit for purpose. also one lift taking four people for 86 rooms in a three floor hotel. staff excellent and food was good varied menue.
Great location only a few minutes walk from the station. The staff are friendly and the rooms are adequate. No tea or coffee in the room but you can go downstairs which isn't ideal. Breakfast is good at fiver .. decent enough for the money. Cleanliness could be better .. rooms were a bit grubby and communal areas were too with rubbish in the stairwells every day we were there. All in all though I'd recommend it!
It was my first time staying in a Center Parks and I am very pleasantly surprised by my experience. Went for a stag/hen weekend getaway and we had a lot of fun! It feels like you're in a much more secluded location than it actually is because everything is surrounded by nature. There were so many little animals roaming around, even in the back of the lodge we were in. The whole experience was great! I especially loved the Sub tropical swimming paradise but there were so many activities to choose from that it's impossible to be bored.
First of all, I'd like to thank the staff at the hub for doing the best they could with the resources they had available. Our interactions with staff were pleasant and they are very patient. We had a two night stay here. The first night, we had no working air conditioning or wi-fi. There was no one available until the next morning capable of fixing either. The room was extremely uncomfortable given the unseasonably hot weather. Key cards stop working at least once a day and you have to walk down to the front desk to get them reactivated. There's no way to contact the front desk from the hotel rooms. The second morning of our stay, the fire alarms in the whole building went off and everyone had to be evacuated at 8am onto the street. An employee told me this was because of steam from someone taking a hot shower, and it has happened before. It's a known issue that hasn't been addressed. The key cards being defective is a known issue that hasn't been addressed. The lights in the room are controlled by motion and will shut off within minutes of someone going out the door. This happened when my girlfriend went down to get coffee and I was in the shower. Since there are no motion detectors in the shower, I found myself in complete darkness standing in the shower with the water on. Luckily when I opened the shower door the lights came back on. However, being in an unfamiliar room, soaking wet, on wet floor is an extreme safety hazard. I could have easily fallen and been injured. These are all problems that shouldn't be occurring at a hotel like this with many locations and a lot of experience. They are known issues that are occurring at many of their locations besides this one. This particular hub, however, was by far the worst of the 3 we stayed in on a 10 day vacation in the UK. We were extremely disappointed and have no intentions of staying in a hub again. It's not worth the money and was a disaster.
Had a fabulous time at Elveden Forest Centre Parks. Plenty to do and see. Everywhere kept clean and all very friendly. Food in the restaurants were the best l have had in a very long time, beautifully cooked and served plenty of it. All the staff in restaurant, shops and around park so friendly and happy with smiles on their faces all the time. Thank you for such a lovely holiday.
Had a great holiday in this beautiful setting, surrounded by woods and by very friendly wildlife. Geese, squirrels, deer, ducks, moorhens regularly came to our lodge. Facilities were great, swimming paradise was fab, sports facilities also. Jets didn't fly on the weekend and didn't really impact on the holiday during the week either. Cycled everywhere on our hired bikes, and the flat setting made it enjoyable and fun. Little gift shop and the supermarket were great. Restaurants were OK, the sort of chains you find in these kind of settings.
Pros. Location is excellent, bed is very comfortable. Nice shower and products.

The room is fine for one person but it is way too small for a couple.

No staff were around to help when the key card stopped working. Everything at reception is automated so there is no welcome, nobody to guide you, and it felt very soul less!

Room was shabby. Sheets torn, pillows hard(2 flat pillows in one pillow case) heavy flat quilt barely covered the bed, food was abysmal. Thank god for the Blue elephant curry house and Pebbles chippy. I'll never go back to the Somerset hotel again..
But i'll go back to the new Loretta, lovely hotel.
