Locale tranquillo vicino alla stazione, clima famigliare è molto accogliente specialmente tonino che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, cibo ottimo specialmente il tiramisù.

Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen war sehr fein und mit liebe serviert. Für die Kinder wurden viele diverse Spiele an den Tisch gebracht.

This is one of the only restaurants with a playground. I don't know any other ones in Zurich. Food was great and kids had lots of fun.
Sent emails, calls over two days, tried to contact via a booking agent. Their phone numbers don't work and they don't respond. Left us stranded in Zurich at midnight after not responding for over 2 days. Got back to us the next morning, trying to act like ot was our fault. Made for an extremely stressful 2 days and injured large costs to find a last minute place to stay.

Prima volta in questo ristorantino, semplice, pulito ed accogliente. Cena a base di pesce molto buona. Personale cordiale ed attento al cliente. Tornerò sicuramente nei miei prossimi viaggi a Ginevra, per provate altri piatti.
Placed an order while kids were outside at the playground (which is great). Manager canceled and demanded kids be inside first. Restaurant was nearly empty. Poor customer service all around
Se volete trovare a Ginevra un angolo di vera Italia e con delle pietanze buonissime e abbondanti, questo è il posto giusto! Cucina con ingredienti di qualità e ambiente super cordiale. Da non mancare! Tonino sei un mito!
Angenehmes Lokal mit sehr netter und flexibler Bedienung! Die Pizze sind super lecker und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind. Sehr positiv auch, dass Leitungswasser für CHF 1.50 angeboten wird bzw. gratis zu anderen Getränken.
Clearly, the majority of poor reviews are attributable to snobby Swiss who have become accustomed to the Swiss version of a pizzeria.
However, when you come to DIECI, you find yourself in a very Italian family-friendly, pleasant atmosphere, with very fresh and tasty food without the pretentiousness often the case in Switzerland.
Additionally, the atmosphere at the zoo restaurant is very welcoming and cozy. We arrived without reservations and were greeted instantly, and seated.
I was very impressed that there was no pushback to our request to split a pizza. Try this in some Swiss version of a pizzeria, and you will be lucky to even get what you asked for and if you do, they will charge you extra for splitting the meal.
Love the food, love the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff.
Something I should mention… I have a little test about the hygiene of a restaurant… I believe firmly that if their bathroom is meticulously clean, their kitchen must also be!

Wir waren das 1. da und kommen ganz sicher wieder! Das Essen ist qualitativ frisch und geschmacklich definitiv überzeugend. Die Pizzen in Herzform mit einer Rose in der Mitte sind so originell, dass sie eine einzigartige romantische Erinnerung an einer kleinen ländlichen Hauptstadt mitten in den Bergen schaffen! Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Besitzer ist so herzlich, dass wir uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt haben!

Wow! Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und ich bin begeistert! Die Pizza schmeckte perfekt und war auch ein Genuss fürs Auge. Auch das Tiramisu war göttlich! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle extrem freundlich und herzlich und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Ambiente war wunderschön. Auch der Chef kam mehrmals, fragte nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und war sehr herzlich zu uns. Ich werde auf jedenfall öfters dort Essen :)

Sono rimasta molto entusiasta dell'accoglienza e della bontà dei piatti che offre questo ristorante italiano in Svizzera. Ho assaggiato questi paccheri con tartare di tonno , che dire una prelibatezza per il palato ottimo connubio di sapori ......consigliatissimo sia per la qualità dei piatti sia per lo staff .Curato nei dettagli......sono stata veramente bene .

Perché l'insalata di polpo non è sul menu se la servite sempre? Fegato alla veneziana praticamente senza cipolle. Ricetta originale: quantità di cipolle equivale alla quantità di fegato. Locale accogliente, servizio velocissimo e personale molto gentile.

Durante le vacanze in Engadina nell'agosto 2020 abbiamo deciso di uscire a cena a St. Moritz presso il Ristorante Hotel Veltlinerkeller. Avevamo voglia di pizzocheri valtellinesi e per sentito dire qui sarebbero ottimi.
Abbiamo telefonato per riservare già in mattinata e al nostro arrivo c'era un poco d'attesa per il tavolo. Dopo breve attesa siamo stati subito gentilmente accompagnati al tavolo dal cameriere. Abbiamo ordinato i buonissimi pizzocheri e una scaloppina di vitello con contorni.
Cena direi ottima e servizio pure. Ristorante e arredamento caratteristici dell'Engadina. Prezzi nella media per il cibo servito.

Ristorante pizzeria molto bello ed accogliente sia internamente che fuori con il suo bel giardino spazioso, rilassante, separato da un altro giardino vicino ad un parchetto giochi per bimbi. Il personale è molto accogliente, attento e cordiale. Il menù è ricco e quindi c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta con la garanzia di sapere che tutto ciò che verrà servito al tavolo sarà di ottima qualità. Non avrei mai pensato di trovare una pizza così buona e non solo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
Ottimo ristorante con ampio parcheggio. Una delle migliori pizze mangiate qui in svizzera.. Propretario e personale simpaticissimi e gentilissimi. Davvero da provare, andateci :)))
I'll be very blunt: the only good thing about this place was the pizza. We walked in and asked if we could sit outside and at first the waiter just gave us a quick glance and then talked to the chef before then walking to the door and telling us it'll be 2 minutes while he cleans the table. We sat down and it took a good 10 minutes for us to get the menus and another 15 for the guy to take our order. We ordered 1 small salad and 1 pizza to share. From the time we ordered until the time the SALAD arrived, I kid you not, 35 MINUTES passed. How does it take this long to prepare a plain SALAD??? Once we finished 2 waiters passed our table multiple times but neither of them were bothered to take the empty plate. Finally, 10 minutes after we finished the salad, someone took our plate and the pizza arrived shortly after. The pizza was good for what it was. When we wanted to pay - as you can imagine - it again took forever for the guy to bring the bill and for us to pay and get out of there. Overall, good food ruined by HORRIBLY slow service. We were there for over 1 1/2 hours and a good 80% of this time was spent waiting for something. I won't come back and won't recommend this place until they seriously step up their service.
Locale molto frequentato anche in settimana. Pizza buona, insalate a buffet. Personale cordiale.
