Objectively the worst service ever. Lady at the counter started making the first drink before listening to our full order, had her back turned to us and chatting with another colleague the whole time. She didn’t want to key our order in until the end, so made 2/4 drinks then said she forgot what else we ordered but wouldn’t let us remind her of the next 2 together, wanted them 1 by 1 (they were the same drink. we ordered 3 flat whites and a chai latte which was made 1st). Insisted they’d serve to the table together but how would that happen if she was only willing to take the drink order 1 by 1? First 2 drinks were already going cold before she started on the 3rd and she wouldn’t let us take the 2 back to the table ourselves.
I understand that drinks have to be made one at a time, but if you’re insistent on serving them, at least key them all into the system to take the full order and then make all and serve. Instead we stood at the cashier to name each drink as she finished making the previous one, and she ended up keying in all the orders and getting payment after the third drink so the last one was hot and the rest cold???

Very nice the waitress ! I was with my mom and she doesn’t speak English and she was very nice I felt that I could leave my mom in this cafe without any worries ! And the coffee and pastry was well presented !
N'y allez pas. Personnel malpolis, agressive. Nous avons renversé par erreur une bière pleine, je vais au comptoir pour informer et demander une patte pour nettoyer. La réponse de la serveuse, vous voyez que j'ai pas le temps il y a du monde... Et elle me redemande 8.- pour une nouvelle bière. Du grand n'importe quoi.
All things equal this coffee shop survives due to customers in transit. The coffee flavor is rather nice but their flat white needs work. The setting is neither bad nor overwhelming, it's a train station after all.
I recommend getting food anywhere else. Not only is this place so expensive but the service... Sheesh. The food was so cold and the man got offended that I asked him to please heat it up for me.
Authentic and good Thai food. They have different dishes and the menu changes every few days or so. The people who work there are very friendly. Great place for having lunch. The prices are fair for what you get.
Love coming here, the food always hits the spot and service is fantastic.

I had a chai latte. The price is okay for zurich hb. But we had barely foam on our hot drinks and we ordered a hot chocolate. I know many cafés do this but giving out just milk and then the chocolate powder asides looks a bit cheap. Also the milk of the hot chocolate was not really warm. All in all was the service okay. I would recommend this cafe if you have to wait for your train and want to have a quick coffe insides.(if there is any place, it's very small)

Accueil glacial, la serveuse est occupée à vider son lave vaisselle donc j ai du attendre qu elle termine avant qu elle daigne prendre ma commande.
J ai pris une salade avec de la feta, noix. La serveuse m a mis une sauce aigre douce.
Je retourne au comptoir pour demander une autre vinaigrette, on me propose vinaigrette française ou balsamique. finalement ils n ont ni l une ni l autre.
Entre le service moyen et la salade sans dressing, j irais déjeuner ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Sehr leckeres Sushi. Diverse spezielle Sachen, die ebenfalls gut geschmeckt haben. Das Edamame Deluxe ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Restaurant und sehr schönes Ambiente. Wunderbarer Blick über den Zürichsee. Der Veranstaltungsraum mit Terrasse ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr zu empfehlen.
Yiyecek ve içecek kalitesi çok iyi. Personel sayısı nedeniyle yoğun günlerde biraz servis geçikiyor. Barın yanındaki tasarım koltuklar çok eğlenceli ve dinlendirici.
Ambiente und Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und schön... die Ettagiere war fein doch das Gemüse sah wie vom Vortag aus... allgemein ist es mehr auf fischliebhaber ausgerichtet und bietet sehr wenig alternativen....
Wir waren am Abend hier zum Nachtessen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr nett und das Essen ebenfalls spitze! Meine Kollegen hatten Sushi genommen und es sei äusserst gut gewesen, auch die Präsentation mit den Holzschiffe war passend zum Ambiente. Mein Burger hatte eine optimale grösse und war auch sehr lecker! Ich kann das Lake Side nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren gestern das erstmal im Lake Side und es war einfach nur fantastisch, brillant und unglaublich gutes Essen! Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Zürichsee und die Berge, ☀️ sonnig-geniale Außenterrasse👍🏻 und auch der Innenbereich traumhaft zum verweilen und einfach nur da zu bleiben, dass freundlichste und natürlichste Serviceteam was man sich als Gast nur wünschen kann und das beste Sushi in ganz Zürich! Der Liebe Sushi-Meister war sogar nach dem Essen noch bei uns am Tisch - ein unglaublich sympathischer Sushi-Meister mit viel Herz und man merkt einfach dort wird alles mit ganz viel Liebe zubereitet! Wenn man sehr gut essen möchte am Zürichsee mit hervorragender Aussicht, dann dort und natürlich gibt es nicht nur Sushi, sondern alles was das Essen-Herz begehrt und das auf höchsten Niveau und für jeden Geldbeutel! Gutes Restaurant mit schönem Blick. Das Essen ist sehr gut, und die Auswahl mehr als ausreichend. Das Personal ist überwiegend professionell und freundlich. Das Restaurant empfehlt sich auch für größere Veranstaltungen.
This is one of the only restaurants with a playground. I don't know any other ones in Zurich. Food was great and kids had lots of fun.
Sent emails, calls over two days, tried to contact via a booking agent. Their phone numbers don't work and they don't respond. Left us stranded in Zurich at midnight after not responding for over 2 days. Got back to us the next morning, trying to act like ot was our fault. Made for an extremely stressful 2 days and injured large costs to find a last minute place to stay.
Man könnte meinen, das Lake Side ist nur schön, wenn die Sonne scheint. Aber wenn der Sturm über den See zieht, wird der Ausblick noch schöner, die Stimmung so, als wäre man in den Ferien. Die Karte ist klein, die Gerichte ausgezeichnet, optisch wunderschön. Da ist ein hervorragender Koch am Herd, der mit dem "Lehrlingsmenu" auch der kommenden Generation eine Bühne gibt. Bravo!

Sehr schönes Ambiente; netter, freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service lässt einen nicht verhungern; sehr leckeres Sushi, alles frisch zubereitet und serviert.

Placed an order while kids were outside at the playground (which is great). Manager canceled and demanded kids be inside first. Restaurant was nearly empty. Poor customer service all around
Die Negishi Sushi Bar ist für mich ein gutes China Restaurant in dem auch frische Sushi zubereitet wird. Nun war ich vor kurzem wieder einmal dort, und muss sagen seit neues Personal dort ist kann man die Küche so richtig geniessen. Auch das innovative und nette Personal gibt sich sehr mühe. However, when you come to DIECI, you find yourself in a very Italian family-friendly, pleasant atmosphere, with very fresh and tasty food without the pretentiousness often the case in Switzerland.
Additionally, the atmosphere at the zoo restaurant is very welcoming and cozy. We arrived without reservations and were greeted instantly, and seated.
I was very impressed that there was no pushback to our request to split a pizza. Try this in some Swiss version of a pizzeria, and you will be lucky to even get what you asked for and if you do, they will charge you extra for splitting the meal.
Love the food, love the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff.
Something I should mention… I have a little test about the hygiene of a restaurant… I believe firmly that if their bathroom is meticulously clean, their kitchen must also be!

Ristorante pizzeria molto bello ed accogliente sia internamente che fuori con il suo bel giardino spazioso, rilassante, separato da un altro giardino vicino ad un parchetto giochi per bimbi. Il personale è molto accogliente, attento e cordiale. Il menù è ricco e quindi c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta con la garanzia di sapere che tutto ciò che verrà servito al tavolo sarà di ottima qualità. Non avrei mai pensato di trovare una pizza così buona e non solo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
I'll be very blunt: the only good thing about this place was the pizza. We walked in and asked if we could sit outside and at first the waiter just gave us a quick glance and then talked to the chef before then walking to the door and telling us it'll be 2 minutes while he cleans the table. We sat down and it took a good 10 minutes for us to get the menus and another 15 for the guy to take our order. We ordered 1 small salad and 1 pizza to share. From the time we ordered until the time the SALAD arrived, I kid you not, 35 MINUTES passed. How does it take this long to prepare a plain SALAD??? Once we finished 2 waiters passed our table multiple times but neither of them were bothered to take the empty plate. Finally, 10 minutes after we finished the salad, someone took our plate and the pizza arrived shortly after. The pizza was good for what it was. When we wanted to pay - as you can imagine - it again took forever for the guy to bring the bill and for us to pay and get out of there. Overall, good food ruined by HORRIBLY slow service. We were there for over 1 1/2 hours and a good 80% of this time was spent waiting for something. I won't come back and won't recommend this place until they seriously step up their service.
