Governors Island is an unheralded gem! A quick ferry ride over brings you to an amazing island with tons of history, beautiful walks and parks, some amazing rental opportunities that looks like tons of fun, and if the season is right, some great food trucks. If you have a few hours to kill in the city, put this stop on your list!
The place is very nice. Little pricey but the view is amazing. Dishes are on the small portion size. A place to visit at least once. They will be closing Sept 30 (per server) due to end of summer season
