We arrived a little before 11 to make the line, left our names and returned at 12, when the restaurant officially opened. We ordered the tasking menu paired with drink(harmonização) and ordered separately the pork with guava jam-specialty of the house
Drinks were very interesting, each with unique flavors.
The course meal started with fine cold cuts, mini sandwiches tapas like, to crunchy pork pieces, pork tartar (wow, never had this before), bbq cuts, desserts and coffee. Eveything was well made, nicely served with flavors to perfection.
It was amazing!
