Rta as a service center is considered very poor in quality and in problem solving. Very outdated comparing to other dubai organizations and facilities. They ask us to pay online for car renewal and not willing to give us the printed copy of the vehicle renewal card. Instead they argue with you whether its the customer call center representatives or the management. Very disappointed with such service and extremely annoyed of how insufficient they have become. They don't even deserve one star.
