Il Mulino Urbano

The bread is really good. However my most recent experience was not a good one. I asked for a pain au chocolate, a baguette, and half a loaf of rustic bread. I got the pain au chocolate, but a croissant and a quarter loaf instead. And it was shoved at me and I didn't have a chance to say much before they moved on to the next customer. I also didn't get a receipt, so I'm not even sure what I was charged for.

Everything about this unique bakery is incredible. The staff is very kind and super efficient. The pastries are creative and delicious. But their bread is simply out of this world. You truly taste the quality of the grain and the natural leavening - I can't get enough. They have a vast variety of breads available and their all great. I can't not mention that in my opinion, the croissants here are the best in town... You can't go wrong here.
Congrats to the entire team, keep doing everything that you already do so well and good luck with the renovations and expansion!!

Für diese Bäckerei lohnt es sich, einen Umweg zu machen: für Anhänger Europäisch inspirierter Brotkultur geradezu ein Muss, und ein kulinarischer Segen in einer von krustenlosem, weichen Toastbrot geprägten Backlandschaft. Auch die Kondoreiprodukte sind sehr zu empfehlen.
