Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

We stayed here and I was not impressed. Hilton Diamond levels does not mean a thing here.. No food credits, no special perks for being a Diamond level Hilton member. I had to request my 2 bottles of water...

The "resort" is being remodeled so the furniture in the rooms is a bit "dated." The a/c system seemed to work in the living room area of the suite, but not in the bedrooms. The bathtubs look like old Jacuzzi's without the jets. And climbing into them is a bit challenging if you are not limber. When we arrived, the shower/tub had no shower curtains.

No shuttles' to/from the airport, though it is just over 6 miles to the resort from the airport. Or shuttles to the venues on the strip (We had tickets to Beatles LOVE.) The only shuttles were to bring on folk for the sales presentation.

Speaking of the sales presentation.. We were tagged team by 3 different employees to try to get us to sign up. NO apparently does not mean NO to these folks. Also they kept telling us how many nights we could get for our points. never pointing out that that was for a studio sized room. If you got a 1 or 2 bedroom suite, it was a lot less nights.

Sorry, again I was not impressed by the overall resort, the lack of amenities, and the rooms we stayed in.

Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Mit Hilton wie man es kennt hat das nichts zu tun. Wir hatten Haare über den gesamten Boden im Bad von unseren Vorbewohnern. Es war nirgends geputzt worden. Der Pool war geschlossen obwohl es gezählt 8 Bademeister gab die sich sichtbar langweilten. Ich vermute hier gibt es einen Reparaturstau den man aus Profitgier so belässt. Vom 4 Rutschen waren 3 ausser Betrieb. Grund unbekannt.

Really neat in well maintained resort to stay at in Las Vegas just off the strip. Of special note is the food served by the pool the naturals are awesome The chicken buffalo wings are great The chicken sandwich with the chili is fantastic and the burger is great the fish and chips are great awesome. The rooms are clean well kept and the common areas entryways and hallways are clean. They provide plenty of towels and the kitchens are clean inside as well.

It's ok. It could use a renovation. Nice if you want to be somewhat close to the strip without the hustle and bustle of the strip. We had two full bathrooms but the water was shut off in one of the showers. We had already unpacked by the time we discovered this so we just stayed in the room. The couch had some stains on it so we didn't sit on that either. Pool was nice though.

Hot tubs are great! They have at least 4 and 2 pools. 4 slides for the kids. The outdoor space is large with lots of seating and umbrellas for shade. Pool/hot tub stay open late pending time of year. Most strip pools close at 5/6pm so this a perfect substitute if you like the amenities like pools. Location is close to interstate and easy to get back and forth to strip if need be.
