Nasty, Nasty , Nasty.. RUN , don't walk RUN. you are better off pitching a tent with the homeless. Hell they're probably cleaner than this place! Absolutely ridiculous, AWFUL customer service lady at front desk was rude! Very rude , like could careless about you being there. She was horrible when we were just checking In but even worse after we got to our room and seen TRASH they hadn't taken out , spill on an end table , dirty sheetz and pillows. I went back down and she asked well did you take the trash out? We don't have anyone here to clean & went & got a bottle of cleaning stuff handed it to me & said here you can use this. I responded with I didn't pay 1300 to clean up messes I didn't make.. she put her hand over her face and said I don't know what you want me to do about it... they just need to shut this place down , knock it down & build a new one. There's no help for it or for the staff!

Such a disappointment. Would never ever come back here. From unpleasant front desk staff to trash everywhere, rundown building, dirty room, backed up shower drain, wet carpet, no AC, roaches running around in the room, missing drawer, and the list goes on. First of all, nothing is in the rooms, no quest service list or brochure. I called front desk repeatedly, no answer. I had to walk back to the front desk to get some assistance. I asked for a room change the first night because of horrible smell of smoke and I had a child and it didn’t make much of a difference. I spend two nights regrettably. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place, even if I’m broke.

Rooms are exact opposite of clean. Piss smell everywhere. Listed as $40 per night but it became $90 after hidden fees, resort fee, room key fee and credit card fees. I would not come back again.

Room was not very clean. We bought a mop and broom ourselves because housekeeping never comes. You never get fresh towels or trash emptied.
Bring hangers unless you plan to live out of suitcase.
If you pay with a credit card they charge 3.5% extra. Pool looked very gross and the handrail is broken.
Laundry room was closed our whole 6 day stay.
Shady locals in the hallway asking for money.
Front desk not very friendly when we checked in.
Parking was ATROCIOUS!
Lovey view of ocean. Did not see any bugs. Boardwalk starts here so it was very close to the action.
Very affordable to stay if you're on a budget.
