The call centre of Amber is very attentive in addressing concerns of patients. They are kind and accommodating. Booking an appointment has never been hard because they guide you well. I am very satisfied with their services. For the staff of Amber, they are also great, reception is fast. I would just suggest that they also put a screen (monitor) to the other waiting area close to room19. The monitor showing the reference numbers of patients to be called coz there are days room 19 is very full and some people cannot seat especially the pregnant women.
