This fountain was showing on my map, and I still couldn't find it! I toured the Library of Congress and then came out to wait for my Lyft...and there it was. This beautiful fountain! The details are spectacular. Simple where they need to be, yet very majestic. I love the turtles, my kids would have been beside themselves over these turtles.
