Whoever answered thr phone had the most stuck up attitude I've ever heard. Just because you SAY nice words doesn't mean you're being nice. And because im not a member i was immediately denied a weekend massage. No suggestions to become a member or anything. Pretty crummy customer service but whatever you don't need me or my money 🤷‍♀️

I don’t usually go to this location, but
they got me in last minute, and I was so grateful. I had leg strain/pain and John was AMAZING!! He focused extra attention on each leg, did assisted stretching, and gave me tips for after care. I wish I was closer and could see him regularly. He’s very thoughtful & great at what he does!

Been going to see Lennie as Massage Envy for a few years. She is great at deep tissue massage. You have to book way ahead to get her since she’s in high demand but worth the wait.

Eddy is the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with! His energy is grounded, he’s super intuitive and he works magic on my exhausted mama body every time I’m lucky enough to get an appointment with him! Highly recommended!! 🙏

I have been here a few times in the last few years and I finally just decided to do a membership (currently $75/mo) which includes one 60min service per month, discounted add-ons and discounted additional services, plus deals and discounts. Cristen was very good, friendly and personable as well.

Alicia is a great. I have my first massage with her for 60 minutes after massage I feel so relaxed. She did wonderful job

Massages are fine quality, the office staff is terrible. I cancelled my membership with them a year ago, following the instructions listed in my original contract and confirmed by Paul over the phone, yet they still insist that I am a member even today. They were charging me for 9 months before I noticed and took action with the credit card company since Kim refused and still refuses to refund me. If you decide to go here, I strongly recommend you do not sign up for a membership, just pay for each massage individually.

I've had a few therapists that have all been awesome, but one stands out for me and it's Kelly. She is awesome and I feel incredibly amazing after my session. highly recommend!

This place is okay once you can finally get IN to get an appointment. I got a gift certificate as a gift last Mother's Day, used it and was pressured into the membership. I totally regret it. I work full time in Boston and am a mom and the only time I can really use it is on the weekend. Sundays are almost always booked. It's ridiculous! I just called now and they are booked. I have tons of time accumulated and can never get an appointment.
