Pleasantly surprised to find an Indian restaurant in Bar Harbor area. Centrally located in the village center area among a bunch of other local hip cafes and bars. There was a waiting for about 15 mins or so given it was peak dinner time. Vegetable pakoras for appetizer tasted undercooked - the coating around wasn’t fully done. Dal tadka was good with right mix of spices. And Shahi Paneer was a dud - looked as if they had put paneer cubes in a korma/malai gravy. Overall, it’s ok if you are really craving Indian food.

Their food is always amazing. We drive 35 min just to get Indian food from here. They’re the best Indian food in the area and their prices are reasonable our server, Varshi gave as very good service! I’d definitely recommend

This place is super inconsistent. Sometimes when I go and with certain things I order, it's incredible and I'd swear its' some of the best in town. Other times I go or I'll get something different and it's subpar at best; obviously not fresh.
It's really frustrating when you go expecting those amazing flavors you had last time to just get something meh.

I’m Indian and the food and service here are excellent. They made me spinach with potatoes which is not on the menu at my request, and I tried a dish I was not familiar with they call Majestic Chicken. It was awesome with their fluffy Naan bread.

Able to walk up at 8p for two. Dinner was excellent. Lobster Korma and Vegetable Biryani were delicious and good serving size. Flavor profile of each was well seasoned and worked well.

The food was amazing! I got the lunch box with samosas and mango lassi. Flavor is abundant, had decent amount of spice, all of it tasted so good. I can't wait to come back 🥰

This was such a good experience. The food was good and we’re picky. The daal and saag were homemade tasting. The kids enjoyed the butter chicken(more like the chicken tikka masala we’re used to). The gulab jamun with the chai were a perfect ending to a good meal. Miss Rita was such an amazing host. Her smile and service were on point. They run a well oiled machine here. We missed our morning chai and Rita Ji made sure we got a good cup. Definitely come and ask for her.
