Rooms are not spacious for the number of residents.
The location was great, about 5min away from Al haram.
Food was delicious and varied. The service was good.

Wonderfull experience, clean and peacefull environment, good taste of food.
Highly recommend to visit.

Lovely hotel, stayed for a week. Really enjoyed it. People looking to stay her in future need to pay attention to the underpass the hajjees use to get to the Harram. You have to cross a very busy junction/ring road and with kids or elderly people it's unsafe as cars speed past in between pedestrians. I would avoid this hotel based on this experience in future unless a dedicated walk way is introduced. The closest gate is gate 118 part of the new extension.

Hotel is so good hotel in terms of quality, service (Outstanding), cleanliness and Proximity. Staff is very kind and excellent helping nature. Our stay for 5 days is so comfortable

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here with our toddler. Hotel staff are very pleasant. There are a few things which I have come to appreciate whilst staying here. Having a few shops on GM floor is handy for milk drinks and getting your haircut after Umrah.

The lobby has air purifiers with fragrance and it smells so fresh with a hint of flowers Everytime you walk in or come out of the elevator.

The rooms were quite clean with extensive kit supplied. Shower gel, body lotion, shower cap, razor, sanitary bags, shampoo, sewing kit, bathrobe and slippers. Bathroom was very clean with staff leaving my room spotless if we came back in. All the doors have magnetic door stoppers, always handy when wheeling the baby stroller in and out and not having to hold the door. The lifts were never congested or busy. Really enjoyed the hotel!

من لا يشكر الناس لا يشكر الله ، شكر خاص لـ نداء و مريم و شركة التنسيق ، كل شي بزواجي كان متكامل نفس اللي ابي وافضل 💕 صراحه نداء ما قصرت ابد معاي من قبل زواجي بشهرين وهي بتواصل معاي الى اخر اسبوع صدق ما قصرت والله العظيم شي يبيض الوجه ، الله يعطيكم الف الف عافيه شغل بذمة وضمير و من قلب و بصدر رحب و يتقبلون اي راي و يحاولون يسون نفس اللي تبينه واحسن صدق ريحوني بشكل ، ولا غلطه الكل يمدح و يثني بالزواج الف الف شكرا موظفات يشتغلون بذمة وضمير فعلا 💕

Very bad service. Eating at a restaurant, there are no spoons or forks on the table, ask to be ignored. The previous day, there were no tissues, we asked for no response.
The restaurant waiters are not friendly, without a smile, only a few are friendly, most are frowning. Especially the restaurant captain. It seems like the hotel is not ready to receive guests. Whoever the guest is should be served properly.

Female guests of the hotel be warned: you may get the impression from the website that the hotel has a pool, you may even select said hotel based on the presence of said pool, you may even see ads in the hotel lobby, and the elevator for the lovely looking pool, however, it is for MEN ONLY. There’s no pool for women, there are no women only hours. If this is the way things are done, so be it, but the hotel website and related ads create the impression that the pool is for ALL guests, not only the male ones.

Spa is amazing and service more than perfect specially moroccan bath with mrs Fatma , pedicure and manicure with mrs Josie also the jacuzzi and thanks to mrs Baddour manager of the spa.

اولا صباح الخير كانت اقامتي من اجمل الايام صراحه ف كل مره مستحيل القي خطاء او انتقاد علي فروع بريرا ف اي سبب ما شكرا كل الشكر لزملاء الاسقتبال ثامر محمد اضن واحد اخر عبدالله والبنات جدا خلوقين وحبيبين امل مي هيله وباقي وحده كمان نسيت اسمها المعذره ولكن كل من قائم ع الخدمه ف جميع الشفتات جدا راقين وكل الشكر علب من قائم ع تدريبهم واختيارهم ليكونو واجهة الفندق شي يشرف اني اجي ليله وحده واحظي با استقبال ولا اروع شكرا م مجموعة بريرا قرطبه علي معاملتكم الدائمه لي ومشاركتي مناسباتي دائما فخوره كونك اختياري الاول من جميع فنادق الرياض 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was a wonderful 3 days I spent it in your beautiful hotel friendly staff and the hotel and the room very clean housekeeping they are doing their job very well, Recepion team very helpful they are so kind any things you want it they support you immediately.. thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great team and service ❤️❤️

Anjum hotel was a great experience for me and my family. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the room service is also on point. They always check in on you for extra items or room cleaning. The staff is very friendly, and the overall vibe of the hotel is brilliant. As soon as you walk in the hotel, you can tell that your exhaustion from the long day will be over with from the nice fragrance filled in the lobby. Thank you for the great experience anjum hotel 👍

لم يكن بريرا قرطبه بهذا المستوى من الاهمال كان في سنة ٢٠٢٢ افضل بكثير واهتمام النزلاء مابعد الاقامه والاتصال فيهم حصلت لي مشكله في المره الاولى من اقامتي وعند تسجيل الخروج تواصلت معي موظفه على ما اظن اسمها لارا وكانت في قمة الاخلاق و عوضتني على ماحدث في اقامتي ماقبل هذي الاقامه وهالمره من اقامتي تواصلو معي ولم يعوضوني بشي 👎 خلق اعذار بدون عوض ، اتوقع بأن موظفات وموظفين السنه الي قبل لم يكونوا موجودين بوقت اقامتي الان .. كان يجب علي ان اقرا تعليقات النزلاء قبل الحجز 👎👎

ولايوجد شباك فقط على المنور
الاصوات في السيب مسموعه ولو احد النزلاء فاتح شباك المنور ويسولف بتسمع صوته
السرير كان ممتاز ومريح
دورة المياة صغيره لكن توزيعها جيد ودفع الماء ممتاز
الاستقبال كان رائع في الدخول والخروج
المواقف قليله انت وحظك قد تجد موقف او بالشارع

الشبكه داخل الفندق ضعيفة وتقطع بسبب العوازل والواي فاي كان غير مستقر طول الوقت
حجزت بعرض اليوم الوطني واعتبر السعر جيد
بشكل عام تجربه حلوه وتستاهل

للأسف تجربتي جدًا جدًا جدًا سيئة في هذا الفندق الذي يفتقد الهدوء والاهتمام براحة النزيل ، علمًا بأن الهدف من اقامتي النوم والراحة لمواصلة رحلة الطيران و لم يتحقق هذا الهدف بسبب الازعاج من الموظفين "عمال نظافة او صيانة لا أعلم" كانوا يتحدثون بصوت عالي جدًا و كلاهم بأماكن متفرقة او ادوار مختلفة .. لا انصح بهذا الفندق و ارجو من الادارة الاهتمام بهذا الموضوع ومعاقبة الموظفين و توظيف من يتوفر فيه اللباقة والهدوء والاحترام .. اكتب هذا التعليق الساعة ٣ فجرًا و الى هذا الوقت مستمر الازعاج

Tried their open buffet for a dinner, the variety is good, the barbecues are super, soaps are rich, salads are soon fresh and desserts are done with balanced sugar. We were offered complimentary delicious arabic coffee (we were already happy with everything so that coffee is not to solve any negativity ). Recommended for families (with quiet kids), they have semi-private tables. Ambiance is great.

Outstanding, however there is a problem of cigarette smoke in the room. We slso were disturbed by a wedding, but staff .ade all effort to resolve the issue by transferring us to a higher floor.all kn all, excellent hotel, yet a bit expensive for the experience we had. The food buffet for dinner and breakfast was superb.

فندق فاشل حسبي الله عليهم حجزت عندهم في يوم زواجي ٣ ليالي وتم اخبارهم اني بجيب منسقه واعطوني الموافقه وفي يوم الحضور تواصلت معهم واخبروني بعدم السماح للمنسقه وكل موظف يعطيني كلام من راسه واحد يقول مسموح والاخر يقول لابد حضورك والاخر يقول بنعطيك منسقه ويقعد بالساعات مايرد وتم ايصالي بالهاتف مع المدير المصري اسلوبه متعجرف والله ماحطه مدير مقصف مدرسه ولا اعطاني حل وتم الرجوع للمكالمات المسجله وعند اكتشاف اخطاء موظفينهم لم يعطوني حل ولما يتبقى ع زواجي الا ساعات !! الغيت الحجز في الوقت الحرج وحسبي الله عليهم الموظف مازن اليمني في الاستقبال نكبني الله لايوفقه وجميع مسؤولين الفندق غير مؤهلين للعمل
