Yet again airline not working properly. Thankfully helped by one of your delivery drivers Lou who checked my air and pumped up tyres as needed with his own portable device. I want to add that he did all of this in his own time as he had just finished work. Two stars for the petrol station, 5 stars for Lou, look after him.
A wide selection of food in this large store. Good quality.

Incredible! Booked a week stay online with the family. Honestly gorgeous food, amazing people and we made incredible memories. Shame about the weather but if you've never been just go!

I usually only use the non food section. The 3 for 2 offers, or the discount on 2 quiches, used to be overpowering. Even as a maths teacher, I got fed up of doing the calculations. And who wants 2 quiches anyway, as they aren't long dated? So, I now avoid the food section in favour of Aldi nearby.

I would like to point out that this isn't a review about the store itself(which is ok) but rather the cafe situated there. It's not the best, especially when you are waiting for over 20 minutes to be served while other customers, who arrived after me, were being served exactly the same order(full English breakfast).when I pointed this out to a member of staff, I was told that my order had been forgotten. After waiting another 5 minutes, I was finally served. Obviously, it had been rushed as the bacon was cold, the egg yolk was rockhard, and I got white toast instead of the brown that I had requested. In addition the sausages were cheap and low quality. Even without these complaints, the breakfast here is at best very basic.
1. Vegetable mix - could do with less onion,
as half of it was onions
(instead of more courgettes, pepper, cherry tomatoes, other)

2. Loaf of seeded bran bread - quite hard/dried already.
I didn't mind, but could have paid less given its state.
Happy to spend my money here, lovely helpful team and I was served by a lovely gentleman being trained, I believe he was autistic and the member of staff helping him learn the checkout was wonderful! 10* If I could. Recognition well deserved
Lovely store to have in town, well kept / and a good range,I’d like to thank the kind lady by the flowers tonight for being so nice.
Happy to visit here. After a gap of few years I saw an Arab shopping center. Khoobs , Hamush and many products from Arab world.

We had lunch in the cafe. We've never had quick service there. The ladies who served us were rude and more interested in talking about their shifts rather than the customers.
When we got the food, it was more or less thrown at us.
I'd just come out from having dental work too, so wasn't in the best mood.
Disappointed with lack of variety of cheese on display.
Unusually for Waitrose, the partners seemed distant and unengaged.
Have reduced the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables we buy from Waitrose, as we often have some of it go off before we can consume it. We buy from farm shops instead.
Fine. I got what I needed. However- after Mr Sunak said that ' food prices will drop', and it was in the news, I see no evidence ! The supermarkets are capitalising on end of summer - go back to school- . Politics over our food generally. Waitrose are a good quality shop.
Always a good selection of fresh food, as well as general products including basic shopping items. Cheerful and helpful staff too.

Good store with friendly staff but the changing room in the clothes section is rarely open. Staff say it closes at 6pm however it was closed at 17:30 yesterday. When I asked I was told they didn't have enough staff. This is an excuse as its never manned anyway.

Not much point selling clothes if the facilities to try them aren't available.
Good store for halal meat and chicken. Nice customer service too
They accept cash only and you will have to insist for a bill receipt.
It is a much better store than the Worcester branch. We'll stocked and well run. However, like all the Waitrose stores, the vegetables and some fruit are both expensive and sometimes of dubious quality.
It's a proper supermarket, complete with an excellent delicatessen counter (unlike most of the other top brands).

Some things are pricey but look more closely and you'll allso find better value for many products than in the cheaper stores.

All in all, it's a super store that treats its staff/partners well, and it shows!
