We had a great stay. The staff were extremely pleasant, the room was comfortably big and clean.
The last guest left the alarm clock set for 6:30. Thanks for nothing a$$h*ole. 😉
We stayed 4 nights at the inn, and will forever keep precious memories of our time spent there. Our 10 months old son was travelling with us, and he was treated all along with great care, interest and attention. The location is magical, the hospitality is like none other, the food simply incredible and the whole experience feels like a dream. We also loved to learn more about the island and its culture on our community tour with Rosemary. The view from the rooms is nothing short of epic- Definitely a bucket list destination!

My boyfriend and I stayed here in October, check in was okay had to pay for a deposit fee ( on top of our 300$ room) which is okay since we were gonna receive it back but 10 business days later never received it back. Called numerous times to ask about it and phone kept ringing and still have no answers. Rooms are VERY small and their queen sized bed was more like a double (Boyfriend is 6’1 and couldn’t fit) and not very comfortable. Elevator is also really sketchy so if you’re a nervous one stairs might be best for you, building itself is pretty decent (well decorated) and location is fantastic. Close to most/all amenities. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone staying long due to price and what you actually get.

Location was really good & central, and the staff was friendly. However, the rooms themselves had a strong unpleasant smell and our room had a mysterious liquid all over the floor as soon as we checked in. Then, there was plumbing issues with the toilet and it wouldn’t flush and the toilet water began to come up through the shower. For that reason, I would never recommend staying here.

Went to Toronto for a weekend to watch some baseball, this hotel was the cheapest I could find that was well-reviewed and close to Rogers Centre. When we got there, the hotel was still going through refurbishment. The hotel room itself was BARELY furnished. There were two beds, a tiny table where the TV was, and that was it. No mini fridge, no dresser, nothing. We had to keep our clothes in our suitcases.

Now, the hotel room itself was clean, and the beds were nice. If you just need a place to sleep because you'll be busy for a weekend of activities, it's not bad. But I can't recommend it right now because of the lack of amenities for the price. Once they fully furnish the rooms, I can see it being worth it. But I kind of wish I would have stayed at another hotel that cost a bit more and gave us a better experience.

Oh, one more thing. I paid for a DELUXE room and this is what I got. On top of that, there was ZERO cell service in the room. Thankfully the hotel wifi was good, at least. The hotel has potential once it's up and running at 100%, but at the moment I can't recommend it.
The hotel and room were very clean. Cleaner than in previous stays. Helped that there were no Carpets. You can tell the hotel is trying to keep their costs down. Basic amenities, few linens, no extra anything in the kitchen (4 of everything, one mixing bowl ...), minimal furniture (couch and side chairs were older and dreadfully uncomfortable), one side light in main sitting area.... TV was not a Smart TV as only Google ...worked with no access to Prime Video... Renting on demand was horrendously expensive, $24.99 for Pretty Woman. TV Guide was simply a list 0f 34 channels with no indication of what was on... The bed was comfortable and pillows good.
Me and my husband went here for my birthday and it was a great experience. But there were no sliding door in the washroom, it would get messy after one shower. They had indoor pool which we enjoyed so much.
Great experience overall, from the greeting to the booking, great front desk customer service. Rooms were clean on arrival and smelling fresh. Pools indoor and outdoor in great shape. The only thing i could notice was the landscaping may need to be refreshed, alot of areas looked abandoned. And definitely new pavement makings in yellow in the parking lot.
Such a great place that is still affordable yet fair for a hotel in collingwood.
This was our first time here Nd we came for our anniversary/ husband birthday and we were blown away it’s like we were at a resort away from home. Our room was really nice, the sleep was amazing so comfy. We had a balcony that had a nice view of the out door heated pool with nice lights. Staff is so friendly, the restaurant “Gustav Chophouse &Bar was really good with great staff. I would recommend this place to stay. We will be back again with the kids. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
Posizione centrale
Room was very simple and what you’d expect, the room did look like it needed some renovations or touch ups- lots of wear and tear. Indoor pool was nice, not as warm as thought it would be. Restaurant had good options but was expensive- we opted out and got takeout instead from nearby places. The check in and checkout process was good, the front desk customer service in the morning was better than the one at night checking In. Overall it’s a great option to stay the night if your exploring the area by car.
ottimo albergo, centrale, comodo, stanze confortevoli, colazione eccellente e varia, personale disponibile. tutto ok.
