The hotel exceeds all my expectations. Perfect location on the middle of the town. Amazing housekeeping service they are well trained and so organized and when I lost my headphones they did all their best to find it and they did. The room was deluxe and I was surprised of the perfect size comparing to the hotels in Europe.
wonderful place in the center underground parking, the rooms are very clean with everything you need, it repeatedly exceeds expectations and can easily be compared with the highest class hotels
Soggiorno a fine giugno, posizione centrale, hotel con stile molto caratteristico con staff disponibile e ottima colazione. Da consigliare!
Ottima base, per girare Vienna. Tram sotto casa, metro a 10 minuti, supermarket vicinissimi per variare le solite cene a base di wurstel e ribs
È situato non molto lontano dal centro di Vienna o dai principali musei e castelli (10 minuti), facilmente raggiungibili in tram (ad esempio linea 71 o 74a). Le camere sono pulite, ampie ed accoglienti. Bevande nel frigobar molto costose. Il giardino è strepitoso e ben curato (un plauso). Alla reception sono abbastanza disponibili per aiutarti nelle visite. Se si arriva dopo le 22 c'è un piccolo sovraprezzo da pagare ma non rimarrete mai fuori se si arriva troppo tardi (si suona all'ingresso...). Prezzi molto interessanti. Vicino ci sono 2 market ben organizzati (i prezzi sono più elevati rispetto all'Italia) che chiudono alle ore 20. Pochi caffè nelle vicinanze.
My husband & I have stayed in different hotels around the world but this time it was different for us. Every detail about Rosewood was outstanding. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Franz from the concierge team, he was extremely helpful and thanks to him we now have wonderful memories from Vienna!

Ottima posizione. Il residence si trova vicino a molte attività commerciali con fermata tram vicinissima. Bella struttura di recente costruzione. Ha lasciato a desiderare la pulizia del corredo da letto.( I piumini puzzavano di sudore).
L’albergo è stato ristrutturato molto recentemente.
Le camere sono bellissime, arredate con gusto e nella tradizione austriaca e curate in ogni dettaglio, davvero non manca niente.
Tutto il personale è gentilissimo ed efficiente e coccola il cliente, soprattutto alla reception.
Colazione curata, abbondante e di ottimo livello.
