Сегодня последний день нашего отдыха! Отель хороший!!! Еда очень вкусная!!! Но персонал -это что то🙏 самые вежливые и внимательные! Каждый день уборки и через три дня меняют постельное! Городской пляж не плохой, бассейн великолепный! Думаю, через годика три, здесь будет великолепно! Иногда нужно отдохнуть от идеального сервиса😀 уж я то повидала и Мексика и Куба и т.д….

Stayed for 4nights here, the hotel is very good.
Best part of hotel is that it has direct connectivity to City Centre Mall.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
Restraunt is also decent (Indian Vegetarian options were very few though).
Only negative thing is that Reception staff is bit rude specially person name 'Craig'.

Pros: My long stay with Pullman was wonderful, the rooms are very cozy and nice. I have to thank Pullman for the Cervical pillow which gave me good neck support and sleep.

Cons: Pullman should focus more on breakfast dining. It feels insulting to stand in line for half an hour and fight for a table in a five-star hotel.
Also, it would be very helpful if Pullman could focus more on walk-in showers without the tub. I am not very comfortable showering in tubs as I tend to slip and fall more.

I had a wonderful experience at Pullman Creek City Center Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access many attractions, and the on-site dining options exceeded my expectations. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I can't wait to return!

It was made even more memorable thanks to the excellent services provided by two exceptional hostesses at the executive lounge, Sulochana and Maya. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly elevated my stay to a new level of comfort and satisfaction.

Davvero incredibile. La infinity pool merita da sola la permanenza. Ma tutto il resto di alto livello.

I stayed here with my family for around 2 days. There are practically no words to describe how luxurious and amazing this place is! There are multiple activities, a literal waterpark, great foods & much, much, more. Basically, you think of it: then this hotel will most likely have it (you can literally shop ... in the hotel!). The only hard decision I had to make was what I wanted to do first! Definitely recommend.

Marriott hotel downtown has no words to describe it, the food is delicious, the staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and the view is fantastic, and if you plan to stay in Marriott apartment for a long period of time, you will be very comfortable. I also enjoy the gym area 😊

I had an excellent experience with the room service during my stay. Every day, I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean, thanks to the dedicated cleaning staff. They truly went above and beyond to maintain a pristine environment.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Everything about this hotel is just incredible! The attention to detail, the staff, the food, the rooms! I cannot fault a thing. We enjoyed 4 nights here and wished we had stayed longer. The hotel has thought of every detail possible.
It was great having daily access to the water park for the kids as well. We could just spend a few hours there and head back to the hotel pool to relax in the afternoon.
The food at Saffron for breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety.
We had dinner on our last night at Keleidoscope and the buffet was probably the best I’ve ever been too.
Best hotel, best experience. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff are amazing!! The room was quite large and full of all the amenities I needed for my stay. The breakfast spread is varied and there’s something for everyone fresh baked goods. The bread is delicious eggs to order and a great salad with smoked salmon is probably my favorite despite the fact that the restaurant is extremely busy every morning the team welcomes everyone and provides great table service. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Everything about this hotel is AMAZING! From the kind and polite staff who always go out of their way to help you, to the beautiful food and the stunning rooms- we absolutely LOVED our stay! We stayed for 12 nights and wanted to stay longer it was that good. Great hotel located in the heart of downtown Abu Dhabi. I was there with a friend. Rooms and amenities were top quality. We loved gym and swimming pool at the top floor, very quiet and peaceful. All the staff were friendly, talkative and helpful. Their brunch poolside during the weekend, was the perfect cherry on top

Lovely hotel, very modern and there is a lot to do with free access to the water park. The room service staff were amazing, however, I have rated three out of five stars for service due to the staff at the reception area of the hotel. We arrived at 7am and the gentleman offered us the opportunity to add breakfast for a cheaper price instead of paying at the restaurant daily, however, we would be required to pay for all the days we were staying. We advised that we would not be able to have breakfast on the last day, as we would be picked up at 6:45am and breakfast started from 7am. He gave us the option of to either go to breakfast the day we checked in, or to have breakfast boxes ready for us on the day we checked out. As we had an over night flight from Barcelona and had no sleep, we decided that we would take the breakfast boxes on our check out day. On our check out day (18 Sep 23), the gentleman who was checking us out was not aware that we were to have breakfast boxes. It was only brought to his attention when I queried where the boxes were at the end of the check out process. He went to the back for about 3-4 minutes and gave us one box and advised that we were required to confirm with the hotel that we still wanted the boxes one day prior to checkout. If this is true, this was not explained to us when we checked in. Furthermore, since we had paid for the breakfast already, isn't this enough confirmation? I advised him that we were not told this at reception and queried where the second box was, as we had paid for breakfast for two people and were advised that we would receive boxes, not a box. He advised that there was no second box ready, and that it would take about 10 minutes for the second box to be prepared. We could not wait 10 minutes, as our driver was already at the hotel to take us to the airport and was waiting for us to checkout, which took longer than usual as there was only two staff working the counter at the time we arrived for checkout and they were checking people into the hotel, which for some reason takes a rather long process at this hotel. The box was clearly for only one person, as the box only had done drink (pear juice, no water) and only one set of cutlery. A rather disappointing end to a really good stay, as the breakfast was rather expensive. I would appreciate a refund for one of the breakfast on the last day.

Elsie the therapist at the spa is like no other. She is polite helpful and knows what she is doing. Such a pleasant experience and fantastic advice about my self care routines. Came out of the session feeling rejuvenated. Well done Elsie! I recommend her for anyone wanting a professional therapy session.

Nice food place is old but comfortable. Often we have kitty parties or birthday celebrations. Indeed it's nice they have a green pool side ground which is huge for outdoor functions.

Great place to stay for a getaway. Very luxurious. The rooms are stunning. The views are exhilarating with views of the ocean and the beach. The restaurants within the Atlantis are great and the food is delicious with a good spread.
The customer service is excellent with all staff super helpful and friendly.
Only tip for tourists is to carry your passport as it is mandatory for checking in to the hotel.

It is the best Hotel in the City Center of Dubai. It is close to Airport. Normally people come to do shopping in Dubai and the visitors always visit City Center. But do you know if you are staying in Pullman Hotel which is inside the city centre it becomes so convenient to shop. First thing you save your time in traffic, anytime you can shop at various shops and spend complete quality time.
Pullman Hotel has a lovely view and the whole staff is so good at their job. The dining area is vast and convenient. It is completely safe staff with your family.

This is my absolute favourite brunch in Abu Dhabi. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Unlimited food and drinks. Enjoyed pool at the 25 floor ❤️Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in the Brunch and The Beats ❤️

recently my friend.stayed at Atlanta's Hotel in Dubai, and he say it was a fantastic experience overall. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout my visit.

One highlight of my stay was the impeccable room service. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive to all my requests, making me feel like a valued guest. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay truly stood out.

Regarding the restaurants, while the food was undeniably delicious, it's worth noting that the prices were on the higher side. However, the taste of the dishes more than made up for it. Dining at the hotel was a treat for my taste buds, even if it was a bit heavier on the wallet.

Really disappointed with the attitude of the Arabic Man at the reception. I was sitting in the reception to feed my child some Oats. He demanded my husband to go and meet him in the reception and asked us to leave the reception and go and sit at the smoking cafe . We told him kindly to allow us to feed my 2 Year old child . He forced us to leave otherwise do not eat there .

We had to feed our child in the smoke filled cafe at ground floor.

This is really bad and i am suprised to see that he is working in hospitality industry with this arrogance. Obviously he seems to be racist towards Asians as we saw many kids were eating there during previous days .

Hope the hotel management takes action against this attitude

The bad things: Very bad food taste. Very small fridge. No USB charging outlet. No ventilation fan in the bathroom. No clothes hangers in the room just a wardrobe. No clothes hangers in the bathroom as well. No European plug or even a conversion plug. The TV is old and have no good channels.
The good things: Very good room cleaning. Helpful staff. Good location.

Hotel in un ottima posizione, colazione abbondante, Mohan molto cordiale

Hotel leggermente lontano dal centro (si è costretti a prendere il taxi soprattutto nel giornate di caldo assurdo) il posto però è tranquillo e tutti sono cordiali, ma la migliore in assoluto è Rashmita! Mi ha aiutata in pochissimo tempo a trovare una piccola torta per il compleanno del mio ragazzo. Sempre pronta a darci assistenza con il sorriso sulle labbra per ogni minima esigenza!

Отель на троечку. Старый отель, пахнет сыростью и общагами)) Но персонал хороший, приветливый. В номере убираются хорошо, постель полотенца меняют часто. Работает кондиционер, хоть и с виду требует чистки. Всё терпимо, если учесть, что самый дешёвый вариант в Дубаях. Пляж хороший. Мелкий песок, море тёплое и чистое. Но берег мелкий, надо постараться чтобы утонуть)) Еда в первое казалось интересной и вкусной, но через пару дней приелось из за однообразия. Магазинов по близости мало. Они есть, но скудновато. Пиво 500 р за бутылку))))

Hier im Address Beach Resort verbrachte ich meine schönsten 10 Tagen meiner Ferien. Das Personal ultra nett. All unsere Wünsche sind in Erfüllung gegangen. Super Zimmer und vor allem das Zimmer Service der Reinigung ultra Top! Das Essen auch sehr fein. Die Bar beim Pool oben im 77. Stock auch super Leute und der Pool einfach einzigartig und die Aussicht einfach nur traumhaft einfach nur Wow! Auch hier waren alle Angestellten super nett!!
Das Einzige was ich aber sehr Schade fand, man konnte unten an der Beach Bar nur das volle Programm vom zMorgen essen nehmen. Also man konnte nicht nur ein Kaffe an der Beach Bar nehmen. Das hat mir gefehlt, am Morgen an der Beach Bar zu hängen. Natürlich in der Lobby konnte man alles bestellen.
Aber wie gesagt sonst alles Top. Alles sehr sauber. Und Alle sehr nett. Super Lobby Danke fpr die tollen Ferien.

Tolles Hotel! Die Lobby ist wunderschön groß und modern gestaltet, die Zimmer sind modern und sauber, Terrasse im 77. Stock ein Traum und auch der Familienpool ist wunderschön, entspannt und sauber. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.♥️

Das Address Beach Resort war das Highlight in meinem Urlaub. Der Ausblick vom Zeta 77 war einfach unbeschreiblich... Man wird generell in dem Hotel sehr freundlich begrüßt und es wurde alles genau erklärt. Auch hier komme ich gerne nochmal wieder, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren innerhalb kurzer Zeit zweimal im Address. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Alle Mitarbeiter extrem aufmerksam und kompetent. Die Lokale und die Zimmer und natürlich auch der Pool sensationell. Herausheben wollen wir noch Hr Merlen Manalanasan der den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Wir kommen wieder Danke

Super schönes Hotel mit einem leckeren Frühstücks Buffet, dem höchsten infinity Pool auf dem Dach (ab 21 Jahren), mehrere im Erdgeschoss incl. abgesicherte Kinderbereich. Außerdem einen Privatstrand mit Bestellmöglichkeiten.
Von hier aus kann man auch einfach zum Riesenrad laufen und hat zu Fuß zig Optionen abends was essen zu gehen.
Vor dem Haus warten immer Luxus und normale Taxi, so daß man quasi nie warten oder welche bestellen muss. Generell ist Taxi fahren eine einfache unkomplizierte Art der Fortbewegung in Dubai. Die "besseren" lassen Sie sich auch mit dem doppelten Preis bezahlen.
Eine einfache Fahrt zur Dubai Mall mit dem normalen Taxi kostete ca 70 AED.

Была второй раз в этом отеле. В первый раз было на 3+, в этот раз совсем плохо. Единственый + это пляж, первая линия. В номерах не убирают, выносят мусор, полотенца пока не попросишь не поменяют. Выбор еды очень скудный, поэтому берёшь,что есть. Если хочется более комфортно отдохнуть, ездить сюда не советую.

Per chi non volesse prendere una camera c'è la possibilità di godere del panorama al 77 piano riservando un tavolo al ristorante " z seventyseven" con un minimo da spendere per la consumazione.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Es liegt zwar etwas Abseits aber die Taxi Preise sind in Abu Dhabi noch so teuer und man erreicht damit alles. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und groß. Die Zimmerreinigung ist jeden Tag perfekt. Das Bett ist, für meinen Geschmack, zu hart. Das Personal, von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungspersonal, ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das einzige was mich etwas geärgert hat war das Dinner an Heiligabend. Anstatt einen der wunderschön gedeckten Tische zu bekommen wurden wir ins hinterste Eck platziert.

Hotel liegt am Stadtrand von Abu Dhabi. Sehr schönes Hotel mit viel Flair. Keine 100m gibt es einen Aqua Park und eine Gokart Bahn. Am Abend ist dort viel los und viel zu sehen
An dem Hotel ist nichts auszusetzen, Sauberkeit und Service sind top. Liegen am Pool sind etwas knapp bemessen.
Unseren Balkon konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da zu der Zeit gegenüber eine Baustelle und der Balkon voller Staub war.
Hotel würde ich immer wieder buchen.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, durch Coronaregeln etwas nervig, dass man als Hausgast bei jeden Restaurant die App von Abu Dhabi und die Impfzertivikate zeigen muss .
Sonst sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar kleine bauliche Mängel, hier und da sind im Aussenbereich Gewegplatten defekt. Pool sehr sauber, Liegen werden regelmäßig desinfiziert.

Ja, meine Rezension kommt etwas sehr spät, aber sie kommt.
Wir waren von 2018 bis 2019 jetzt schon 4x im Marriott Hotel Al Forsan und wir werden auch nach Corona wieder kommen.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön, es ist zwar etwas abgelegen aber dafür sehr ruhig.
Die Zimmer sind Super, das Bad spitze.
Sehr, sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen.
Hier kann sich keiner beschweren.
Den Pool hat man hier fast für sich alleine und kann total entspannen.
Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 km vom Flughafen und ca.20 km von Abu Dhabi Stadt entfernt. Nach Yas Island / Ferrari World sind es ca. 6 km.
Hier sollte man sich einen Mietwagen Buchen, sonst kommt man nur noch mit einem Taxi weg.

PREIS & LEISTUNG einfach SUPER

Auch hier: typischer Google-Fehler! Ich war im Groove Supermarkt, aber nicht im Hotel!!! Google müsste etwas genauer werden

Absolutes Spitzenhotel auf ganz hohem NiveauPunkt der Service war so gut wie noch nie und alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles ist modern und komfortabel. Für die Lage müsste man eigentlich einen Stern abziehen, da man dieses aber vorher weiß und die Taxis sehr günstig sind habe ich darauf verzichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr lecker (allerdings wenig deutsch). Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen

Posizione strategica per il centro città. 1.9 km dal dubai Mall e burj Khalifa. Stazione metro, Business-Bay a 450 metri e con una fermata ci si trova in centro. Hotel pulito con camere normali, letti comodi e bagno spazioso con doccia.

Un Po vecchio... necessita di ristrutturazione e il personale dovrebbe parlare più lingue

Номера ужасные, соседи тоже, сантехника старая, кондиционер шумит, вода не льется. Это даже не 2 это 1 звезда! Интернет за деньги, с меня взяли 20 дирхам в день. Полы грязные. Короче в номер заходишь и сразу хочется выйти. Про еду не скажу не завтракал. И запах индийского ладана! Жаль фотки не грузятся, Вы бы посмеялись.
