The architecture of the building is unique sometimes it looks like it’s an unfinished construction, not all know this fact: The entrance to the library and the roof is free, but, tickets are required to see the exhibitions. Escalators will take you all the way to the top floor, where you can find a restaurant with a view of Paris and variety of food (a little expensive)
