Amazing experience! Would recommend going an hour before sunset so you can get the views of NYC with and without the sun. Probably the best viewing observatory in NYC so it is a do-not-miss opportunity for any tourists who are visiting! The elevator ride up, the lead in to the observatory and the actual views themselves are all absolutely phenomenal! Plan to spend ~2 hours up here if you have the time.
