I love your place for great coffee and great location. That is why not 3*.
BUT‼️folks, what’s stopping you from:
a) being friendlier to your customers (I visit you quite often and this is the experience of more than one visit). Your workers are polite; however, it is different from friendly (usually it happens when something goin on in work environment)
b) Can you agree with some cool bakery? Your sandwiches are delicious, but your pastries are not so good.
Many say you can't have everything at once, but the question is why? Maybe in addition to delicious coffee and a cool location, you will also have friendlier staff and some delicious pastries?
I wish you this from the bottom of my heart, and I know that many of my friends would like come to your place more often as me.
