Great little zoo for very little ones. Buy a train ticket and ride that before you do the zoo, the train is well worth the $2.00. Gift shop was very quaint and not too overpriced. Lots of selections and they have a great range. The budgies were our favorite part. The birdies have so many colors and they looked super soft and cute. My 2yr old enjoyed walking around. Plenty of places to sit and eat lunch. Got there at 1030am and we left by 1140am. And this included the train ride. Parking was fine. Not really any selections for food so I suggest you pack some snacks. I got bit by a few mosquitoes but my hubs and kids didn't.
Residents tickets are only $4.00 and kids under 3 are free for the zoo. Kids under 1 are free for the train
