Ordered online and food was ready at the expected time and was made correct and tasted very good!

Popped into Swiss Chalet after running some Saturday errands and was greeted with a smile by our waiter Demir. He was pleasant, quick and accommodated all of our requests. Great service -thank you Demir.

Ordered delivery tonight. Ordered one festive special and two kids meals. My chicken was pink inside and my sons burger was burnt. Also only received 1 dessert of the donuts for my two kids meals.

i just moved to St Thomas and was severely disappointed after getting my food. our family loves swiss chalet and eats here about once a week and were happy to find out it was so close to us. after unpacking all day we rushed over at 8:20 or so before closing and ordered our favourite 2 quarter whites with fries well done. upon getting home the chicken on both meals was burnt to a crisp - completely dried out, french fries had been sitting awhile as they tasted as if they were fried twice, fries and the roll were stale we ordered extra dipping sauce and all 4 were luke warm.. if that. i understand we came close to closing but definitely did not expect this, the worst part about it when i called it took 10 calls back to back for anyone to pick up and then this employee suggested because i asked for fries well done that i was asking for the whole meal to come over cooked and dried out. i asked if it was normal to send this quality home with customers and she said “ i dont know “ i asked her how we could fix this very bad experience and she said again “ i dont know” she said i can come back tomorrow with my receipt and speak to a manager i left my phone number and requested a call back from management it is now 5:40 i have not received a call. i attempted to call 7 times with no answer.

over all a terrible experience both the quality of food and care that went into preparing the meal, and even less impressed with the customer service or lack there of. this is an embarrassment for the swiss chalet name.

Thought I could order something for lunch and this is what I got after paying $35 plus taxes. Is this the quantity you offer customers who trust you? Pathetic service.
