Beautiful place and extremely clean. The best part is the figures that kids love to ve around and parents to take pictures and make memories. The pools are great, and the arcade areas are also fun. Like the new skylines, it's just amazing. Overall a great place.

This was our ten year trip-adversary. Ten years ago we stayed here for our first family trip. This year we stayed in the little mermaid section. Be warned… if you do not like walking to the main area of the resort do not stay in the mermaid section. It’s a far walk. We did not mind the walk. We got used to it after a few trips back and forth. The rooms are nice. No microwave which was upsetting. The water pressure was as if we were in a hurricane. Extremely hard but I guess it is better than no pressure?!? The mini cooler is in the dresser so don’t worry like I did! Beds were good. The room was clean. You have to listen to people when they say the thermostat is motion sensor. If something is not putting off motion the room got hot. If we want to do a little weekend get away again we might stay here.

Workers are very nice and facility are very clean.
But the rooms are tight.
I wouldn’t go more then 4 to a room even if it says it can do 6. Granted you may not be in the room much but when it’s time to relax, it’s very cramped.
The cafeteria is the same everyday so we just skipped it after 2 days.

Great hotel for young families. Disney themed easy transportation to parks. Skyliner is on site. Family suites are great for space. Highly recommend. Nothing fancy and frilly about it but it has everything you need with small children. Quick service restaurant has many options. Value for size of rooms and amenities. Can’t be beat

All the staff was super helpful. We loved the family suites. Very spacious. The pool was great with lots of activities at the main pool. We preferred the main pool area over the smaller pool designated for our Cars area. Both were nice, but the main pool also has a splashpad. I like that life jackets were provided. It was a short walk to the skyliner! The buses got a little crowded during peak times but it was never too long of a wait.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were nicely decorated. The pool had 2 lifeguards at all times. Pool was open till late. FYI pool temperature is cold which is perfect for hot days but a bit chilly after the sun has set. The restaurant inside the hotel was good. We end up paying between $15 to $25 per person.

The pools are interesting. In the fact that there is one large pool then several small ones throughout the resort. Great staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. There are fun little events that are scheduled throughout the day. The pool side at the movie was slightly disappointing. Where are the inflatable screen was in a corner of the main pool area and seating was limited. The variety of food at the food court was good. There are drink stations in several areas so you don't have to get stuck behind a family that can't make up their mind on what they want to drink. Front desk employees were an absolute delight to talk to and gave wonderful tips and tricks on first-timers to the park and the resort. Knowing what we know now, we will definitely be coming back to this resort in the future.

Bellissimo grande hotel all’interno di Disney world. La struttura ha un’enorme reception con uno shop interno e una grande area per i differenti pasti. Sono presenti 3 piscine, tra cui una molto grande e diverse palazzine di 4 piano in cui si sviluppano le camere. La posizione è comoda, perché per muoversi fra i vari parchi divertimento è possibile usufruire della funivia (Hollywood studio e Epcot) oppure l’autobus per gli altri parchi. I building più vicini alla reception sono da preferire per accedere più velocemente alla funivia. Le attrazioni interne relative al re leone, la Sirenetta e Nemo sono nuovissime e tenute in maniera impeccabile. La pulizia è senza eguali, sia nelle camere che all’esterno dove non abbiamo mai visto cose fuori posto o sporcizia. La camera non era grandissima ma a tema e questo ha fatto divertire e sorpreso molto i bambini. Parcheggi disponibili in grandi quantità di fronte all’albergo. Siamo arrivati la mattina alle 8.30 e nonostante la camera dovesse essere consegnata alle 15, ci è stata resa disponibile immediatamente. Questo ci ha agevolato anche per avere i bagagli in sicurezza. Check in velocissimo anche grazie all’app Disney che consiglio di scaricare per usufruire di tutti i servizi del parco e dell’hotel
