Stayed for 4nights here, the hotel is very good.
Best part of hotel is that it has direct connectivity to City Centre Mall.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
Restraunt is also decent (Indian Vegetarian options were very few though).
Only negative thing is that Reception staff is bit rude specially person name 'Craig'.

Pros: My long stay with Pullman was wonderful, the rooms are very cozy and nice. I have to thank Pullman for the Cervical pillow which gave me good neck support and sleep.

Cons: Pullman should focus more on breakfast dining. It feels insulting to stand in line for half an hour and fight for a table in a five-star hotel.
Also, it would be very helpful if Pullman could focus more on walk-in showers without the tub. I am not very comfortable showering in tubs as I tend to slip and fall more.

Been to this lovely place.. was promised a room with view but didn’t get one.
Food is good especially the breakfast.
Safeer was exceptional. He the hotel waiter and amazingly courteous and friendly. Thank you for my tea and bringing a smile to my face ☺️

It was a excellent stay in Hyatt Place. The staffs are so friendly and the hospitality was at the best. Anish from food & beverage team was so caring, he made sure that we are comfortable. Overall it is a excellent experience.

We’ve been at Focus restaurant couple of times. Lots of variety of foods. Desserts are excellent, foods are okay although some are tasteless.

The servers are amazing. Ravindu took care of us well. All in all are visit is amazing!

I am currently on my second four week stay at the Hyatt Place Wasl District with more stays to come in the next couple of years.

Very good standard in the hotel and the rooms, incredibly friendly and service-minded staff, are welcomed first by the porter and guards, then warmly welcomed by the staff at the reception, in the restaurant you are received by smiling and very polite staff, you get a outstanding service from the staff at the table at breakfast, good quality breakfast with a good selection, the chefs dish up good hot breakfast dishes. If you meet the friendly cleaners in the corridors, you are met with a hello, a smile and questions about how you are. The staff are quick to help if there is anything. Can warmly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with my family for around 2 days. There are practically no words to describe how luxurious and amazing this place is! There are multiple activities, a literal waterpark, great foods & much, much, more. Basically, you think of it: then this hotel will most likely have it (you can literally shop ... in the hotel!). The only hard decision I had to make was what I wanted to do first! Definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with the room service during my stay. Every day, I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean, thanks to the dedicated cleaning staff. They truly went above and beyond to maintain a pristine environment.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt place dubai. From the moment I walked through the elegant lobby, I was impressed by the warm and attentive staff who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

My room was not just comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-appointed. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident. The cozy bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the stunning view from my window was a delightful bonus.

The hotel's dining options were exceptional, offering a wide range of culinary delights to suit every palate. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the exquisite dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation.

Great professional staff, spacious and clean room and most importantly location is great. Metro is walking distance and not far from airport.
Multiple eateries around and pharmacy right opposite to hotel.
Breakfast spread is also quite good and have lots of options available.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Everything about this hotel is just incredible! The attention to detail, the staff, the food, the rooms! I cannot fault a thing. We enjoyed 4 nights here and wished we had stayed longer. The hotel has thought of every detail possible.
It was great having daily access to the water park for the kids as well. We could just spend a few hours there and head back to the hotel pool to relax in the afternoon.
The food at Saffron for breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety.
We had dinner on our last night at Keleidoscope and the buffet was probably the best I’ve ever been too.
Best hotel, best experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely hotel, very modern and there is a lot to do with free access to the water park. The room service staff were amazing, however, I have rated three out of five stars for service due to the staff at the reception area of the hotel. We arrived at 7am and the gentleman offered us the opportunity to add breakfast for a cheaper price instead of paying at the restaurant daily, however, we would be required to pay for all the days we were staying. We advised that we would not be able to have breakfast on the last day, as we would be picked up at 6:45am and breakfast started from 7am. He gave us the option of to either go to breakfast the day we checked in, or to have breakfast boxes ready for us on the day we checked out. As we had an over night flight from Barcelona and had no sleep, we decided that we would take the breakfast boxes on our check out day. On our check out day (18 Sep 23), the gentleman who was checking us out was not aware that we were to have breakfast boxes. It was only brought to his attention when I queried where the boxes were at the end of the check out process. He went to the back for about 3-4 minutes and gave us one box and advised that we were required to confirm with the hotel that we still wanted the boxes one day prior to checkout. If this is true, this was not explained to us when we checked in. Furthermore, since we had paid for the breakfast already, isn't this enough confirmation? I advised him that we were not told this at reception and queried where the second box was, as we had paid for breakfast for two people and were advised that we would receive boxes, not a box. He advised that there was no second box ready, and that it would take about 10 minutes for the second box to be prepared. We could not wait 10 minutes, as our driver was already at the hotel to take us to the airport and was waiting for us to checkout, which took longer than usual as there was only two staff working the counter at the time we arrived for checkout and they were checking people into the hotel, which for some reason takes a rather long process at this hotel. The box was clearly for only one person, as the box only had done drink (pear juice, no water) and only one set of cutlery. A rather disappointing end to a really good stay, as the breakfast was rather expensive. I would appreciate a refund for one of the breakfast on the last day.

Elsie the therapist at the spa is like no other. She is polite helpful and knows what she is doing. Such a pleasant experience and fantastic advice about my self care routines. Came out of the session feeling rejuvenated. Well done Elsie! I recommend her for anyone wanting a professional therapy session.

Great place to stay for a getaway. Very luxurious. The rooms are stunning. The views are exhilarating with views of the ocean and the beach. The restaurants within the Atlantis are great and the food is delicious with a good spread.
The customer service is excellent with all staff super helpful and friendly.
Only tip for tourists is to carry your passport as it is mandatory for checking in to the hotel.

It is the best Hotel in the City Center of Dubai. It is close to Airport. Normally people come to do shopping in Dubai and the visitors always visit City Center. But do you know if you are staying in Pullman Hotel which is inside the city centre it becomes so convenient to shop. First thing you save your time in traffic, anytime you can shop at various shops and spend complete quality time.
Pullman Hotel has a lovely view and the whole staff is so good at their job. The dining area is vast and convenient. It is completely safe staff with your family.

recently my friend.stayed at Atlanta's Hotel in Dubai, and he say it was a fantastic experience overall. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout my visit.

Regarding the restaurants, while the food was undeniably delicious, it's worth noting that the prices were on the higher side. However, the taste of the dishes more than made up for it. Dining at the hotel was a treat for my taste buds, even if it was a bit heavier on the wallet.

Suite al 39° piano, iniziano ad avere bisogno di un restiling. Staff ottimo. Peccato per la piscina al 3° piano priva di panorama, considerando che siamo nel palazzo più alto al mondo, mi sarei aspettato un piscina "appesa nel cielo". Ristorante Mediterraneo buffe' non all'altezza.

Hotel leggermente lontano dal centro (si è costretti a prendere il taxi soprattutto nel giornate di caldo assurdo) il posto però è tranquillo e tutti sono cordiali, ma la migliore in assoluto è Rashmita! Mi ha aiutata in pochissimo tempo a trovare una piccola torta per il compleanno del mio ragazzo. Sempre pronta a darci assistenza con il sorriso sulle labbra per ogni minima esigenza!

Situato in un posto bello ma la vista non è per niente mozzafiato. Le camere sono comode ms superate .

Un travail remarquable avec acocam

Hier im Address Beach Resort verbrachte ich meine schönsten 10 Tagen meiner Ferien. Das Personal ultra nett. All unsere Wünsche sind in Erfüllung gegangen. Super Zimmer und vor allem das Zimmer Service der Reinigung ultra Top! Das Essen auch sehr fein. Die Bar beim Pool oben im 77. Stock auch super Leute und der Pool einfach einzigartig und die Aussicht einfach nur traumhaft einfach nur Wow! Auch hier waren alle Angestellten super nett!!
Das Einzige was ich aber sehr Schade fand, man konnte unten an der Beach Bar nur das volle Programm vom zMorgen essen nehmen. Also man konnte nicht nur ein Kaffe an der Beach Bar nehmen. Das hat mir gefehlt, am Morgen an der Beach Bar zu hängen. Natürlich in der Lobby konnte man alles bestellen.
Aber wie gesagt sonst alles Top. Alles sehr sauber. Und Alle sehr nett. Super Lobby Danke fpr die tollen Ferien.

Sicherheit steht eben an erster Stelle in diesem Hotel und ich will gar nicht wissen mit wieviel unfreundlichen Touristen sich das Sicherheitspersonal tagtäglich abgeben muss. Wir waren durch ein super Angebot Gast dieses Hotels und zu keiner Zeit war das Personal unfreundlich zu uns. Hier gilt wie überall: so wie es in den Wald hineinschallt, so schallt es eben zurück...

Il posto è ottimo, pulizia camere e colazione altrettanto.
Peccato la posizione metto 4 stelle, ci vuole sempre il taxi per muoversi ma credo sia tutta Dubai così.

Siamo andati nel loro bar panorami in cima alla struttura, nel complesso palazzo molto elegante e pacchiano però (dettagli in oro intendo) i cocktail era davvero realizzati a regola d'arte, sono stato anche fortunato perché ho trovato la peroni bira italiana. Consiglio di farci una visita.

Tolles Hotel! Die Lobby ist wunderschön groß und modern gestaltet, die Zimmer sind modern und sauber, Terrasse im 77. Stock ein Traum und auch der Familienpool ist wunderschön, entspannt und sauber. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.♥️

Das Address Beach Resort war das Highlight in meinem Urlaub. Der Ausblick vom Zeta 77 war einfach unbeschreiblich... Man wird generell in dem Hotel sehr freundlich begrüßt und es wurde alles genau erklärt. Auch hier komme ich gerne nochmal wieder, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren innerhalb kurzer Zeit zweimal im Address. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Alle Mitarbeiter extrem aufmerksam und kompetent. Die Lokale und die Zimmer und natürlich auch der Pool sensationell. Herausheben wollen wir noch Hr Merlen Manalanasan der den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Wir kommen wieder Danke

Super schönes Hotel mit einem leckeren Frühstücks Buffet, dem höchsten infinity Pool auf dem Dach (ab 21 Jahren), mehrere im Erdgeschoss incl. abgesicherte Kinderbereich. Außerdem einen Privatstrand mit Bestellmöglichkeiten.
Von hier aus kann man auch einfach zum Riesenrad laufen und hat zu Fuß zig Optionen abends was essen zu gehen.
Vor dem Haus warten immer Luxus und normale Taxi, so daß man quasi nie warten oder welche bestellen muss. Generell ist Taxi fahren eine einfache unkomplizierte Art der Fortbewegung in Dubai. Die "besseren" lassen Sie sich auch mit dem doppelten Preis bezahlen.
Eine einfache Fahrt zur Dubai Mall mit dem normalen Taxi kostete ca 70 AED.
Super Hotel für einen Dubai Aufenthalt.

Sinceramente per quello che è costato l ingresso per la visita aspettavo molto meglio, anzi mi aspettavo qualcosa rispetto al niente.
Direi abbastanza decadente.
Visitata la Suite, sinceramente non spenderi mai quello che chiedono per ospitarmi in un appartamento enorme, male odorante con tutta la moquette macchiata. Sarà pure di un nobile sceicco ma sembrano tanto macchie di vomito.

Pas trop appreciable, a cause de l'allure Africain.

Dalla posizione , alla camera , al servizio in camera , alle piscine tutte riscaldate , al cibo , al servizio ai tavoli .
Il bagno nella piscina con vista mozzafiato su Dubai non ha prezzo .
Tutto il personale a disposizione.

Per chi non volesse prendere una camera c'è la possibilità di godere del panorama al 77 piano riservando un tavolo al ristorante " z seventyseven" con un minimo da spendere per la consumazione.

Sono stato qui per una vacanza turistica di Dubai di circa 5 giorni, devo dire di non avere mai visto così tanto spazio in una camera considerata normale pertanto che ogni camera dell’hotel ha due televisori, un salotto con divano e camera con letto matrimoniale super comodo.
Con tanto di comfort la pulizia delle camere e dell’intero hotel e una cosa da non credere! Il pavimento che luccicava dal pulito dove tu cammini normalmente e il personale delle pulizie pulisce ogni passo che fai.
Questo non è solo nell’hotel ma anche nella città stessa dove non vedi cartucce, sigarette o sporcizia varia per strada.
Colazione super abbondante e personali gentili e accoglienti inclusi i personali della reception molto amichevoli e punto di info point per informazioni di cosa vedere a Dubai con attrazioni principali o gite nel deserto.
Considero il miglior hotel che sia mai stato nella mia vita.
Aggiungo che l’odore d’incenso dell’hotel è incredibile!

Beh.. la chiave di accesso per il paradiso.
Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli, ottima colazione e personale estremamente gentile e disponibili. L’idea è come se una volta entrati li, ogni cosa fosse al posto giusto.
Riesce a farti vivere la città con il desiderio costante di tornare in hotel/camera.
Menzione particolare va a Samir, persona eccezionale, dal gran cuore e cura nei confronti dei clienti.
È grazie a te che ci siamo sentiti proprio a casa.

Sono stata in questo hotel per capodanno ed è stata una bella esperienza! Posizione unica all’interno del Burj Khalifa. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La piscina non è grandissima, tuttavia è d’effetto, essendo proprio sotto la torre!Il personale cortese e la colazione fantastica!

Posizione strategica per il centro città. 1.9 km dal dubai Mall e burj Khalifa. Stazione metro, Business-Bay a 450 metri e con una fermata ci si trova in centro. Hotel pulito con camere normali, letti comodi e bagno spazioso con doccia.

Sono stato solo qualche ora per curiosità, il ristorante a buffet è un po' caro però ha vastissima selezione. La vista delle Dubai Fountain meravigliosa. Personale disponibile e preparato.

Номера ужасные, соседи тоже, сантехника старая, кондиционер шумит, вода не льется. Это даже не 2 это 1 звезда! Интернет за деньги, с меня взяли 20 дирхам в день. Полы грязные. Короче в номер заходишь и сразу хочется выйти. Про еду не скажу не завтракал. И запах индийского ладана! Жаль фотки не грузятся, Вы бы посмеялись.
