I visited for a work trip. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was great, very comfortable mattress and pillows - no issues with sleeping. Large TV in the room, also a mini fridge. The shower could have been better but it got the job done. The conference I attended was also in the hotel. Plenty of space and seating. Very nice ballroom with good audio system. They offer a breakfast buffet option for a fee. The bar in the lobby was nice with plenty of options.

I stayed at this hotel for a work conference and my room was on the 32nd floor facing the city/river and it was a nice view! The room was your standard double queen beds with a tight fitting bathroom. There wasn’t an air vent in the bathroom so it made for stuffy showers. Being in the room while sleeping was fine as there wasn’t much noise but I did have a white noise machine so that could’ve helped. Elevators worked properly, housekeeping was efficient, and checking in/out was easy. Overall, this was a good clean spot to stay during my time in New Orleans.

I mostly stay in Marriott properties. This was by far one of my favorite hotels. From the front desk to the cleaning staff and everyone in between, they were great. Very professional and hospitable. The store, restaurants, and lobby were very busy but very clean. Out rooms were clean. The A/C worked great and kept the room so cold (outside temps in the high 90s). The only minor gripe was the pool. Very outdated pool. There was a deep side and a separate shallow side. No in between. The shallow side pool liner needs to be repaired. It is a bit concerning when you can feel a big air bubble, which moves depending on who's standing where. Other than that, my stay was great. I would definitely be back.

Loved our stay!! We loved the roof top pool, there are two!! One for children at 3 feet deep. There is also a burger place downstairs that was delicious and perfect for that late night meal after swimming!! Very convenient location on Canal and just a few blocks from Bourbon!!

Un grande albergo nello stile dei Marriott, con moltissime camere. Il servizio alla reception e' un po' lento e tanta in ogni modo di vendere sempre una classe superiore a quanto prenotato. La stanza e' completa e' pulita, ma manca la cassetta di sicurezza per oggetti di valore in camera.
