My cousin and I went to charritos for a late lunch. We enjoyed our meal last time we went so we wanted to get the same dish, flautas. The decor is beautiful and well thought out. We were sat and our server was Alex ( know this because of the receipt not because he introduced himself). We both explained we don’t want onions in our food. Alex did not ask why or if we had allergies. Guacamole was prepared in front of us beautifully without onion. Our food comes out and the chicken mix was filled with onions so I apologized to Alex and swamped my meal out for another one. No issue there. Sandra , the manager I believe, came over , did not introduce herself or even apologized but instead pounced on us stating everything has onions. She said the meal is going to come out of the waiter’s check and why didn’t we tell him anything. We explained that he was advised. She walked away angrily after I told her I already ordered another dish instead. The carne asada tacos came out and the meat tasted gross. I couldn’t even eat it even though I tried to. Sandra kept looking over at our table , making us feel so uncomfortable we had to leave. Her vibe and approach made us feel uneasy. As a person who was a server, I understand how important customer service is and this experience ruined our perception of this establishment. The meat for the flautas definitely changed as I have gone there for years to eat them. I watched as no one else was treated this way.

Huge size portions! Surely uniquely served. You can ask for a live show of quac prep! The food was fresh & delicious!
