Food was really great and portions were a good size. Menu choices were good. The cod loin was really good - highly recommended 👌
Service was great and had really recommendations - we were served was by Olivia and she was a great host, very attentive & great service

The setting and location are great. The staff are very helpful, polite, and jovial. The food - a colossal disappointment. A gastric pub it is not not. We had the roast chicken - bland would be a compliment, and it being a McMullens only added to the disappointment. If, for some reason, you want a good ambience for a few drinks outdoors, near a water source... go to Caldecote Lake first.

Delish mid week meal for a catch up with my friend, great location on the canal lovely restaurant with comfy seating, nice selection of specials I had Duck which was lovely blueberries in the gravy was a nice twist. Puddings was yummy 😋 highly recommend
