Food and service are good.. clean place.. like the purple pancake in new menu 💜

I gave one star because I can't give zero stars. Waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged for a seat. Waited almost another 20 minutes at a table while the waitress took care of evergone around us and didn't even look at us to say she'd be there soon. I don't understand why. It wasn't packed, I saw a more than a few empty tables. We're clean, non offensive clothing, we were waiting quietly. Just the worst service and we didn't even get any service. Not even going to try going back.
