I had no issues with them, although i explained to them how urgent i needed my passport . The day of capturing was smooth it took less than 2 hours and the return envelope of passport arrived in 2 weeks.

My recent visa application to the Nigerian High Commission was confusing because they asked me to pay for things in American dollars, even though I'm in Canada. It didn't make sense as a Canadian to pay in USD for a visa. This made things more complicated for no good reason. Also, the way the staff acted and the way they handled things didn't feel right. They charged high fees, didn't explain things well, and weren't helpful. It felt like they cared more about getting money than making things easy and clear for people. Imagine making inappropriate remarks at a professional place, because of the desperate act of money. In short, my experience at the Nigerian High Commission made me worried about fairness, clarity, and how professional they are. I hope they look at this feedback and make things better for everyone.

Fast when you eventually enter. There is a need to have more offices in different cities than having people travel and stay outside when it’s cold

I'm not unsatisfied service for Kenya high commission. Because very weak service!

I am super impressed with the service here. It was orderly and I finished within an hour. Also, serving breakfast😊 a variety of snacks, fruits, tea/coffee. Staff were cordial and professional.
Update: I received my passport exactly after 4weeks as stated. Oh I'm proud proud and will keep singing praises to the commission.
