Food is great, service is a bit frustrating. They had a trainee for our table and she was constantly confused of what we want. We were ignored a couple of times when asking the server to replace the BBQ tray.

The portion of the food is very disappointing. We had a table of four, and almost every time we ordered 3-4 portions of meat and only got the portion of one. We didn't waste anything during our seating and I reflected this to the server responsible for our table and she explained that it might be some miscalculation in the kitchen. But it just kept happening. And I had to speak with the manager after we got a surprisingly small portion of what we ordered for the last call. This whole back and forth between me and the stuff wasted some of our seating time.

I have been to this specific restaurant once before, and that was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately I might reconsider the possibility of coming back again. The Gyubee restaurant at Bloor and Markham do way better job than this one at Dundas. If anyone is interested in visiting Gyubee, I strongly recommend to go to the Bloor and Markham ones.

We visited this lovely Japanese restaurant for dinner.
The service was good,the waiter kept asking us if we needed more food every 10 minutes.

I had the pleasure of grilling and dining at the restaurant, and I must say that everything we ordered from the menu was absolutely delicious in terms of taste. However, I did find that the portions served were a bit small in my opinion, requiring us to place a new order every ten minutes. On the bright side, the advantage was that you could order as much as you desired. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening spent here and I highly recommend that everyone give it a try.

Service was excellent! The staff are very friendly and quick to attend to the customers' needs (take orders, refill drinks etc.). The food was great, although, the portions were smaller than I thought, which isn't a big deal. So if you're looking for a place that have bigger portions, this might not be the place for you albeit it is an AYCE restaurant, so you can keep re-ordering if you'd like. Recommended to make a reservation since walk-ins can be tough to get a spot.

Nous avons adoré cette endroit. Les employés étaient tous adorable et gentil. Les sushis étaient succulent!! Le service était professionnel et rapide. Nous nous somme fais traité comme des membres de la famille. Ambiance relaxe et chaleureuse!
