VERY rude salesman. He laughed at me at how I pronounced the item version (not in a laughing with me way, fully AT me). When I was trying on different styles to get the right fit, he was no help whatsoever. I asked a couple questions about the differences in styles and he gave one word answers - acting like he didn’t care for my service. Really wish I didn’t buy from this store but I was in a rush and needed new gear today. If I had the choice, I wouldn’t have purchased from here solely due to the horrible service from this man. Will not recommend this store in the future to friends

The staff named "Met"? He was very helpful and patient. It's my first time buying snowboarding boots and had to come back to exchange for a bigger size. process went very smooth. Met was professional and passionate, explained a lot of things that I wouldn't know otherwise. Will definitely come back for further purchase.
