Saddle Cafe - Ultima uscita Al Khawaneej

I went here a couple days ago and I was served brioche bacon which was not upto the mark and the coffee was served cold.
I complained about it to the staff who was assisting me, Anne who called her colleague xavier, who gave me an alternate order and complained about the same to me, which was not applicable to me.
I hope the staff realises that you should not complain about each other to somebody else especially to the guest.
However the coffees and the food which was brought again was also not upto the mark.
I hope some severe action should be taken against them.

زيارتي الأولى لسادل من عقب كل السنين 🤭 لاني ماحب اشرب قهاوي من برع.. المهم جربت اوتلي سولتد كراميل🥤الصراحة لذيذ وعيبني👍🏾✨خفيف وبارد وطعم السولتد كراميل غير حلو وصدقي.
واختي طلبت آيس كابتشينو وبريوش جبن وبيض 🥯لذيذ 😁.
