I've only ever heard great things about Singapore Sam's and heard that it gets very lively during the weekends in particular in the night time. The lady who I presume was also the owner was very friendly not to mention hilarious. Great food with even better customer service.
All I can say is this is good value. You get a lot for what you pay especially the combo deals.
Kind of an old school throwback for taste. Pretty standard flavours, nothing extraordinary. I prefer the salt and pepper squid.
I can’t knock this place, it’s been around for sometime now. but I don’t think it deserves 4/5. Maybe somewhere between 3-4/5.

Our waitress (maybe she's owner) was so sweet and funny. Service was absolutely amazing. We came here cause of good reviews and didn't expect much. Food is amazing. Sweet and sour chicken, ginger beef and rice with vegetables. We will be back here only now. Menu is very big and you will have so many options to choose from. Prices are great.
